US based African Musician and Entrepreneur Akon recently announced his plans to build a second African city in Uganda. Speaking in a press conference this past week, Akon revealed that a new futuristic city will be coming to Uganda. Akon’s plans have the full support of the Ugandan government who announced that they have allotted one square mile for the project.
